    Information Center on Disabilities and Gifted Education is one of 16 federally funded clearinghouses in the ERIC system, a nationwide information network sponsored by the U.S. Department of Education, Office of Educational Research and Improvement (OERI), and administered by the National Library of Education (NLE). ERIC EC focuses on the professional literature, information, and resources relating to the education and development of individuals of all ages who have disabilities and/or who are gifted.

    This site is a useful resource covering just about every facet of dyslexia, from theory, to science to its own reading reading program. The tactile text described on the web site is interesting to read about. The reading program seems to require daily application for one to two years, so you'd have to be a believer to undertake it. The website is explicit about the importance of doing the entire program in the prescribed sequence.
